Rebuilding Heads

At Hatton Machine, we meticulously restore cylinder heads to their original factory specifications.  We first Magnaflux or pressure test every head to ensure structural integrity along with a complete inspection.  We then disassemble and spray wash all associated components.  The Rottler F79A will then complete a resurface of the head, then we use a Rottler SG8 Cylinder head seat and guide machine to cut the seats and replace any guides if needed.  The valves are inspected, cleaned and reground to factory specifications using a Precision valve grinding machine.  New seals are installed and expert reassembly to ensure that every head performs at its peak.  For diesel heads new injector cups are installed and tested.
