Boring Blocks

Enhance engine performance with our block boring service. Hatton Machine’s state-of-the-art Rottler F79A CNC machining center ensures accurate, smooth bores that optimize engine efficiency and longevity.  We can precision bore from 1.9" up to 7".  We then computer hone to size with a Rottler HP6A Diamond hone.  We can handle the most challenging machining tasks with ease, which makes us a preferred choice for customers requiring high-level technical expertise and precision.  We install cylinder sleeves with a hydraulic press to ensure even pressure and precision placement.
